AGREEMENT TO PERFORM CLAIM SERVICE

In order for Asset Recovery Specialists to perform the claim service, a claimant must enter into a two page Agreement with my company; and the signatures must be notarized. This is another safety mechanism the State of Iowa has put into place to ensure the abandoned assets are paid to the rightful owner, and that the owner has agreed to pay a fee for the recovery service. The Agreement is upfront and easy to understand. I will walk through the Agreement with a client if requested.
